From this informative video, we learn how to install a front Diamond Plate bumper on the Yamaha G14, G16, G19 and G22 Golf Cart models.

First, the mechanic removes 12 mm bolts from each side of the existing front bumper and pulls the bumper is off.

Next, he loosely installs a bracket on the back of the new bumper using the stainless-steel hardware provided in the kit. The video indicates the direction that the tabs need to be pointed in for proper installation.

Using hardware set aside in the first step, the mechanic then attaches the new bumper to the frame on both sides of the cart. All bolts are then tightened using a 7/16” socket and a Phillips screwdriver. Before and after shots highlight the new and improved appearance.
