Barry demonstrates how to install a folding windshield on 1995 and up EZGO TXT and Medalist Model carts. These Made-in-the-USA flip windshields allow cart drivers to enjoy a breeze during summer or block cold winter air.

He starts by carefully removing all the contents from the box. He locates the pre-drilled hole in the front support of the frame and loosely installs the bolts from the kit. Then, he gently peels back just the edges of the protective film on the windshield, keeping it mostly wrapped during the rest of the install.

After locating the lip on the C-channel of the extrusion kit, he attaches it to the windshield on both sides. He lifts the windshield and mounts it to the frame above the notch on both sides. Using a rubber mallet, he positions it correctly and tightens the bolts into place before removing the protective sheeting.
