In this episode of DIY Golf Cart, Barry tunes up a Club Cart DS. Barry begins by draining the oil and adding a fresh two quarts and a new filter. Then he replaces the spark plugs, being careful not to overtighten the new ones. He replaces the air filter and adds on a new fuel filter and hoses.

When Barry cuts the new hoses, he makes sure to leave enough room to tuck them up and out of the way. The drive and starter/generator belts are the next to be replaced, as Barry ensures good tension before securing them. Last, Barry checks the valves using a valve gauge to ensure the correct pressures are being maintained.
