In this episode, we learn how to install a Made-in-the-USA snow plow kit that fits a 1982 and up Club Car DS. Barry always makes sure the cart is off with the parking brake set, and he uses safety glasses when necessary.

First, he removes the factory bumper and drills holes, and then he attaches the mounting bracket for the winch and snow plow, putting the winch in place. He then jacks the front of the car up to access the undercarriage, using jack stands for safety.

He runs the winch wiring along the path of the factory wires using zip ties to attach. After removing the front seat to access the batteries, he attaches the new wiring to the battery terminals and tightens it into place. Then he carefully removes the jack stands and lowers the cart. A cotter pin holds the plow in place while Barry attaches the winch hook to control the height of the plow during use. Finally, he attaches the scraper blade, which can be replaced when worn without replacing the entire plow.
