In this video, Barry at DIY Golf Cart demonstrates how to install a Diamond Plate rear access panel cover on 1982 and newer Club Car DS gas or electric golf carts.

After gathering the only tools needed — a Phillips head screwdriver and an electric drill with Phillips drill bit — the first step is to remove the two screws holding the stock panel in place. After removing that panel, Barry positions the new Diamond Plate panel cover and attaches it using two stainless steel bolts provided in the DIY kit. He then goes around to the front of the cover and secures it to the body using his electric drill and stainless-steel screws that are also provided in the DIY kit.
