In this episode of DIY Golf Cart, Barry shows viewers how to install a rear Diamond Plate bumper cover on a Club Car DS golf cart.

This installation requires only one tool: a drill with a Phillips head bit. First, Barry points out that this particular bumper cover is made for carts with plastic bumpers. (This bumper cover is not made for models older than 1993 with metal bumpers.)

The first step is to position the cover over the existing bumper and to snap it in place. Next, Barry locates the screw holes on either side of the cover and drills DIY-provided screws through the holes and directly into the plastic bumper, pressing the bumper cover down tightly while doing so.
