In this instructional video, we learn how to install the complete Diamond Plate full accessory kit on 1982 and newer Club Car DS golf carts.

Diamond Plate accessories installed in this video include the front bumper cover, rocker panels, kick plate, access panel, and rear bumper cover.

The tools needed for each assembly are listed before and during each video section. Barry initially demonstrates removal of the factory-installed equipment. After that, he shows how to position and attach the new accessories, including using DIY-provided hardware, such as stainless steel bolts, screws and washers. Barry makes sure to point out and describe all the techniques he uses, including the need for care when drilling near the battery compartment.
