In this video, Barry at DIY Golf Cart shows how to install high-quality Diamond Plate rocker panels on the sides of 1995 and newer EZGO TXT golf carts.

After showing which tools are needed, Barry removes the existing sill plate using a screwdriver, socket, and socket wrench, advising that an extension on the socket wrench will make things easier. Next, he removes the rocker panel rivets using a ¼-inch drill bit.

After placing the new rocker panel into position, he attaches it to the body using factory-supplied stainless-steel nuts and bolts and tightens everything down.

Barry demonstrates leveling of the rear portion of the panel using a jack, drill, and self-tapping screw. The same steps are repeated on the opposite side of the cart.
