Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we received. Most refunds will be issued minus our original shipping cost to get you the part(s). At our sole discretion after 30 days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. We'll also pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item within 30 days, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). There can be a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within (3) days of delivery by calling 9AM to 6PM (Central Standard Time), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Warranties
Most new products carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. To make a warranty claim after the first 30 days of purchase, call 855-349-4653. WE DO NOT OFFER WARRANTY ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED BY A GOLF CART COMPANY. Buyer must show invoice proof from legitimate golf cart repair company.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Replacements
Replacement and warranty parts will be sent to the original shipping address provided upon purchase of the original parts.
